The flexible vibrating tray utilizes a voice coil motor flexible feeding vibration platform to address the urgent need in real-world production for a solution that can handle multiple workpieces universally, with quick and easy product changeovers. It also enables interconnection with systems such as visual positioning via imaging and robotic grasping. The voice coil motor flexible feeding vibration platform can identify and control the orientation of materials. By adjusting the stroke distance of the linear voice coil motors installed at the four corners through the control system, it can control the forward/backward, left/right movement, and flipping of the front and back sides of the workpieces in the feeding box.
